London Broil Chili

Large Onions, diced |

4 cloves |
Garlic, crushed |

2 - 16oz cans |
Whole Tomatoes in
Puree |

|
4 stalks |
Celery, diced |
|
|
4-6 Tbl |
Chili Powder -
McCormick's Mexican
Chili Powder |
|
|
4 tsp |
Salt
(optional) |
|
|
2 tsp |
Sugar (optional) |
|
|
2 tsp |
Worstershire Sauce |
|
|
1 tsp |
Hot
Sauce (optional) |

2-15oz cans |
Kidney Beans,
drained |
Directions
Brown the
beef. Brown the onions.
Add the garlic. Stir in
the tomatoes, celery, chili
powder, salt, sugar,
worsteshire sauce, and hot
sauce. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1
hour.
This chili can also be made
without the beef. Add an
additional can of bean of
your choice. |
