London Broil Chili
Ingredients
  2 lbs Beef (Best with London Broil), ½" diced
  2 Large Onions, diced
  4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  2 - 16oz cans Whole Tomatoes in Puree
  4 stalks Celery, diced
  4-6 Tbl Chili Powder -  McCormick's Mexican Chili Powder
  4 tsp Salt (optional)
  2 tsp Sugar (optional)
  2 tsp Worstershire Sauce
  1 tsp Hot Sauce (optional)
  2-15oz cans Kidney Beans, drained

Directions
Brown the beef.   Brown the onions.   Add the garlic.   Stir in the tomatoes, celery, chili powder, salt, sugar, worsteshire sauce, and hot sauce.   Heat to boiling.   Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

This chili can also be made without the beef.   Add an additional can of bean of your choice.
